Macquarie Infrastructure Partners committed $500 million to Lagoon through a 10-year, $5 billion fund; the partnership allows our company to operate without debt and focus on building long-term value
2019
Our Facility
Closed on a $85 million purchase of Continental Resources’ water recycling facility, gathering system and three related disposal wells in Blaine County, Oklahoma
2021
Our Growth
Made a strategic entry into the Permian Basin by acquiring Double Drop Resources, a rapidly growing full-service water midstream company in Texas’s Midland and Martin counties

Achieved 1,000 consecutive days without an OSHA Recordable Injury for employees or contractors
